Wanna be Photographer

I was always interested in photography from a young age but with with so much going on in ones life things like these then to be put on side line. I was your normal point-and-shoot (PAS) photographer using [you guessed it] a PAS camera and my mobile phone's camera as my equipment about a year and a bit ago.

When a buddy of mine purchased his first DSLR, albeit an entry level one, I was amazed at the kinds of things one can do having some decent equipment and some photographic skills. So I convince the government(wife) that this is something that we cant live without :) . When she saw the kinds of photos that can be taken with these things, it didn't take much convincing. I managed to purchase my first DSLR as well as some accessories and lenses and was ready to play.

After a few months I am at a point where I am being asked to take photos for weddings and other event. As I am still on a steep learning curve, I am making this a journey and see what it would bring.
